Devotum is run by an active duty military family. Because of operational obligations, we have to rely on drop shipping to ensure your order can be sent out in a timely manner. Each item is printed after an order is placed which helps to reduce waste. Although this method is efficient and reliable for us, it can add time before shipping. Please expect about a week from the time your order is placed before it is shipped. Thank you for your patience and understanding and for supporting our small business.

You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

Items must be in their original condition, free of stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, etc.

How to Begin Processing

Email support@devotumapparel.com with your:

• Full name
  
• Order number
  
• Whether you're requesting a return or exchange

For exchanges, please also include the size you currently have and the size you would like to receive.

Processing

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. After we receive and inspect your item, your refund or replacement will be issued.

Please allow up to 3 business days after we receive your return or exchange to inspect and process your request. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the eligibility requirements.
